This swab does differ from your typical disposable cotton swab. It removes wax a bit differently, & it feels different. After a couple of days, I actually like the sensation more than the typical swab. It removes slightly less wax which you may think is a bad thing, but I’ve come to feel like it removes the perfect amount, leaving my ears in a healthy balance. I also bought the beauty swab for touching up eyeliner & removing mascara dots, it’s perfect. It’s got the rounded tip & the sharpened tip. I love the product & use it every day. I bought one for my boyfriend & he loves it as well, & was a CHRONIC disposable swab user. LastSwab is awesome & so easy to rinse clean. It takes 2 seconds. Thank you!
I love the feel to it but, do be careful because it is sorta flexible but can break if you bend it too hard. It feels weird at first but, you get used to it. It makes me feel good that I am decreasing my waste. Love the case- easy for traveling. Easy to clean too.
I used the tissues once and shoved or in my pocket to find it was dry within a couple hours. Very absurd and I plan on using these more. Just getting used to the idea of not throwing away tissues.
They do last — which is the point and they have a nice texture too. Only reason I am not giving you guys more stars is the amount it makeup remover I have to use to clean them. soap & water does not get all BB cream and mascara off the pads. Otherwise, a cool idea that works :)
These are basically just Swedish dishcloths. And they don't work well for removing nail polish like the product description says they are. The problem is you either have to pre wet them with water, which leads to the acetone being watered down, or soak them with acetone directly, which wastes a ton of acetone. Since they're black, you can't really see where they have been used or not if you have dark polish. Great to disguise stains, not great for seeing which part has been used or not. All in all, these took 3x the time to remove my nail polish and at least 3x the nail polish remover as well.
